Keith is the visionary Founder of The Aurum Partnership and created this business to collaborate, innovate and redefine the future of our industry.

The Aurum Community has been driven by the incredible success Keith has enjoyed with the recruitment leaders network called The Power Hive, where he is also the Managing Director & Owner and which is designed to support and connect industry leaders to become better themselves, for their teams to perform better and to help increase their businesses bottom line profit.

His collective experiences have been borne out of working in the City of London, the recruitment sector, the events world for the recruitment industry and growing many businesses of his own and many other business owners.

With 33 years of hands-on experience in the recruitment industry, he started as number 7 into a small recruitment agency in London and helped grow that to over 1,000 staff worldwide.

During that time he expanded the brand into start-up satellite offices in Manchester, Leeds and Glasgow the UK, each of them becoming multi-million pound recruitment companies until the whole business enjoyed a flotation just shy of $1 Billion on the London Stock Exchange.

Keith now spends his career helping ambitious agency and business owners grow, innovate, and implement practical Business, People, Technology and Marketing strategies that drive real results.
