Rabbit AI

Rory founded Rabbit in August 2024. Every business now has the same AI tools and very few get a return, because what AI needs in order to be useful does not exist yet. How the business wins work, how it delivers it, what good looks like: that sits in people's heads, in inboxes and in recorded calls. Rabbit builds it into a company brain, a structured record of how the business runs that AI can read and act on. The client owns it.

Rory starts with where the business needs to transform, not with the tools. Which part could be ten times better, and which parts to leave alone. That means the growth plan first, then an honest look at the ceiling: the function that cannot grow without more headcount, the process that loses margin quietly, the knowledge that leaves when one person does. Some of what comes out of that goes to training. Some of it should not, because the work should be automated instead.

He spent twelve years making technology produce results before Rabbit, ten of them at Microsoft working with boards on what was going to change, and has since run two companies as chief executive and built software people use daily. For Aurum members that means a straight conversation about where the business is going, what is holding it back, and which of those things AI helps with, including when it does not.
